How it works

Use PimaScroll for up to 30 days after launch day. If you don't like it, ask for a refund within those 30 days. You get back everything you paid. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email support@pimascroll.com or reply to any of our SMS messages with the word REFUND and the M-Pesa number you paid from.

When you get it

Red Alder Property Ltd sends refunds to the same M-Pesa number within 7 days of your request.

Extra time inside the app

Extra screen time inside the app is paid with tokens you earn in the app, not with money. Tokens have no cash value and can't be refunded or exchanged for money.
